Dr. (c) in Damages and Special Responsibilities from the University of Salamanca. Master's degree in Public Policies, Legislation, and Environmental Management from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (2019). Master's degree in Private Heritage Law from the University of Salamanca (2018). Attorney from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (2017).

Experienced attorney specializing in the management and control of corporate legal exposure, with extensive knowledge in data protection regulations, consumer rights, corporate environmental damage, and personal and corporate asset protection. An expert in the assessment and mitigation of corporate legal risks in environmental, digital, contractual, consumer grievance, and compliance areas (Legal Compliance Officer).

Francisco also serves as the Director of the Ecuadorian Chapter of the Ibero-American Private Law Association.

Francisco is a professor of damages law and patrimonial civil law at the University of the Americas and the International University of Ecuador. He is also the director of the Master's in Digital Law with a focus on legal innovation and new technologies at the International University of Ecuador. He teaches Environmental Liability Regime in the Master's in Environmental Law at the University of Hemisferios in Ecuador and State Liability for Damages in the Master's in Administrative Law at the National University of Chimborazo.

Francisco has been a speaker at forums and conferences in Ecuador, Argentina, Spain, Portugal, Costa Rica, Peru.
